Prashant Gulati is the CEO of SDVerse, the automotive industry’s first B2B software marketplace created with General Motors, Magna, and Wipro. He leads the company’s mission to modernize automotive software development and sourcing and accelerate the shift toward software-defined vehicles.

Prashant brings two decades of experience across automotive and technology, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and next-generation vehicle intelligence. He previously served as VP of Strategy at Faraday Future, where he co-led its $3.5B NASDAQ IPO and launched one of the industry’s first in-vehicle generative AI platforms.

Under his leadership, SDVerse has been recognized by leading global automotive companies and the Governor of Michigan, featured in Automotive News, Forbes, MotorTrend, and SAE, and honored with the 2025 AutoTech Award for Marketplace Innovation and the Edison Award for Intelligent Mobility Solutions. Prashant has been named a LinkedIn Top AI Voice and a Business Insider EV Industry Power Player. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
