Reinaldo Penno is senior staff AI engineer for agents, AI and machine learning at Sonatus, where he works on agentic AI systems for vehicle diagnostics and support. He brings deep expertise in generative AI and multi-agent frameworks, having previously served as distinguished engineer for AI agents and applications at Cisco’s Outshift, where he was a technical lead on the Internet of Agents initiative, and as distinguished engineer for generative AI and agents at Motific.ai, architecting secure GenAI agents and applications. His background spans over two decades of engineering roles at Cisco and Juniper Networks, with deep expertise in networking, security, and cloud-native systems, and he holds more than a dozen U.S. patents.
